An innovator with an eye for detail, Brandon serves owners and investors as Land Quest’s Director of Operations. He’s at his best when he’s running numbers, analyzing data and developing action plans to solve pressing issues. Brandon’s favorite part of the job is that the Land Quest team is encouraged to try new things, and that the team is aligned on a shared vision. Beyond his expertise in real estate and portfolio management, Brandon is also a skilled music producer.

As a property manager, Cayla collaborates with Land Quest’s leadership, maintenance staff and residents to create a sense of community in every building. She sees each day as an opportunity to explore something new and to further refine her knowledge of the real estate industry. To the dismay of much of the Land Quest team, Cayla is a diehard Chicago Cubs fan.

Dean’s daily task is to transform neglected buildings and homes into fresh, exciting living spaces. As Land Quest’s construction coordinator, Dean tackles construction challenges on a diverse set of projects throughout Kenosha and Racine. Previously, Dean ran multi-million dollar construction jobs in commercial real estate. He brings an outgoing personality and a sense of organization to each project and client interaction. Outside of work, Dean enjoys golf, hiking and spending time at the lake.

In her role as the company’s Property Management Director, Nicole oversees a team of managers who make each Land Quest property a happy, healthy and fulfilling place to live. She has formed long-lasting bonds with her “work family” and is famous in the Land Quest office for her love of tacos.
